DMD Extensions saving customizations only globally

I am new to all this, but have been overall successful in setting up many tables on the PC in DT mode, thanks to this site.  I'm running DMD Extensions 2.3.0 (and latest

VPinMame) with my VPX tables.

 

Am running into a very frustrating problem: If I customize color on an external DMD in DMD Extensions, and then save for that table,  the same color is applied to all other tables that are running an external DMD.  In other words, DMD Extensions will only save globally, despite my choice on saving for the individual table in the drop-down.  

 

Would appreciate any help.  I'm in the dark, as to how to address.
