can't press start keyboard 1 when i press f3 and computer makes windows sound when trying to pressing any keyboard button

if i open up any pinball table the press f3 to restart i can't press keyboard 1 to press and my computer makes the windows sound when i try to press any keyboard buttons after doing this how do I fix this so i can press restart and then play the table without any problems. i only downloaded from github and then downloaded the tables I wanted to play nothing else was done
