pin2dmd activation failed

Hello everybody,

i updated my firmware from 2.66 to 4.56 because some tables did not launch the dmd properly. Now it finally works but it asked me to activate my pin2dmd after a few mn.

iSo ,  contacted Joerg Aman and paid 20 euros to receive the key because i have to activate my pindmd.i received the key less than 24 hours after my request.

i downloaded pin2master and launch pin2dmd.exe and it says: firmware version not supported. but i still tried to activate from the menu and tried this key received but it tells me "device activation failed"

I am completely lost and i cant play for a few days now with my dmd.

Somebody could help me please?

i tried to see if i have sd card but i did not find any behind the dmd.

How to activate please my pindmd easily because it is very frustrating?

Sounds like a USB communcation error. Make sure you have connected the correct USB port and use a proper cable.
