Pin2dmd power adapter question

Hello

 

quick question for the power adapter.

For the 4 pins (2 pins in my example) connector in the middle, do you soldier the bottom only or do you try to soldier the top a Little bit too?

Are the vias enough for that current without soldier on the top?
