Deleted all my waffle, it was sharpening i was setting in Nvidia control panel that was playing up with F11 diagnostic i found.

 

Im wanting to do sharpening on my 2k monitor but with latest drivers doesnt seem you can do that without also enabling GPU scaling which i dont want,

even though many sites i read say you can do it.
