Hi guys,

I got the idea to post here after rreading this post on the UK pinball forum: https://www.pinballinfo.com/community/threads/pin2dmd-vs-colour-dmd.63361/#post-613519

I'm on a journey of discovery and don't know where to place this post, so hopefully admins can place it where it will be most useful. I am a massive pinhead into real pinball machines (currently own 14) and I need help. Since DMD output is entirely digital, it makes as much sense to ask here as on Pinside etc.

i wrote a post on Pinside recently as i'm looking for help in creating some original DMD animations for my custom (real) game, Beavis & Butthead, from a Stern SAM donor. Here is my thread: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/dmd-coding-help-needed-for-beavis-and-butthead#post-8947059 and there are links from there going in various directions.

i'm not technical, and gotta admit i'm not really into virtual pinball anymore (i used to play Pinball Arcade a lot back in the 2011-2016 era, but at that time i was still building my real game collection, so it was mostly to fix my urge and to play games i otherwise could not access. I want to get some new dots made, in colour, for my project - either by someone with the necessary skillset and software (paid, naturally) over a shorter timeframe, or by myself with a very steep learning curve for nothing or cheap but over a longer timeframe. Ideally I want to find someone who has written DMD code before, and/or has colourised this for pin2DMD or ColourDMD or one of those companies, AND who is also a massive Beavis & Butthead fanboy.

Can you help? Have you got any advice for me?
Many thanks!
