Question for those who have had COLORPRISM EVO128x32 boards made by Elecrow...

BLUF: The boards don't boot!

I have five made earlier this year - and assembled three kits from them - all worked out very well! I had two remaining, and with a new game in my collection (Tee'd Off) I decided to throw a forth together. I ended up also making the fifth, too.

Both boards are getting a solid 12vdc from my power supply - both show green power LEDs good and both show 4.75vdc on the power lines after the regulator.

Both boards will boot to DFU mode, show up in Windows, and respond to being erased and having PIN2DMD.DFU loaded to them successfully. The, when rebooted out of DFU mode...nothing.

None of the LEDs on the back light up at all other than green for power. None of the LED panels come on (I have four new panels, and tested them in every combination on both boards) ever.

Under some strong magnification (I have an even better fab shop where I work) I can see the STM32s are soldered in without any bridges across pins - but some of the solder work is not great. I'm going to look at reflowing them later today or tomorrow. The rest of the boards look ok.

So...what am I missing? Any thoughts? Experience with Elecrow and quality? I can submit pics of the STM32s later on when I get a chance.
