I’m trying to sign up for a Gold Membership, but I’m getting blocked because the site still thinks I have an active Silver Membership.

I already cancelled the Silver membership through PayPal, and it’s no longer active there — but VPUniverse still shows it as active on my account. Because of that, I can’t upgrade or purchase the Gold plan.

Could an admin please help clear or cancel the old Silver membership status on my account so I can sign up for Gold?

Apologies as I have been away on business travel... Please try going to Subscriptions again, you should see the option to Upgrade.
