h0pp4z Posted October 15, 2025 Posted October 15, 2025 Hi, sounds a little strange ... I can load bbb109 via vpinmame (setup64) and can see the colorized dmd (virtualdmd). When I load the vpx file for big bang bar and start the game, I press F1 and see the option "Colorize DMD (4 colors)", I can select it, but every time I restart the game, the field is unselected. I removed the entry for bbb109 in the registry and see that it gets recreated by vpinmame called via virtual pinball. The entry for color looks fine to me key dmd_colorize is set to 1. However works via test mode in vpinmame ( 3.6.0.1227.ecd032e or 3.7.0 ... ) and not called via virtual pinball. Looks like this line "[14] 2025/10/15 12:44:32.583 INFO | [dll] PM_GameSettings(0, bbb109, 0)" from DmdDevice.log reflects the behaviour. For other games (i.e. mm109b) I can switch it to colorize and back and it behaves as I expect. Visual Pinball version: 10.8.0 2051 GL 64 So the only difference in the log file of the call is: "Starting DmdDevice API 2.3.1 (x64) through Setup64.exe" vs. "Starting DmdDevice API 2.3.1 (x64) through VPinballX.exe" The "Assembly located at" line is the same... Any idea what's going wrong here ? DmdDevice.log
