Upgrading to 1.5 from 1.4.6

I have a successfully upgraded my test machine with PinUP_System_v1_5_Beta7,  but when I upgrade my cab it  just loads the ribbon at the bottom and all my screens go black.  Then have to kill it on task manager.  Any ideas what to check?

I can play all the tables from the ribbon but nothing shows up in popper like the DMD, Backglass and loading screens.  but the tables will all load with backglass and dmd.  Its like all the media files related to the tables are broke.
