PUP Video weird issue

Ok, so I am in the process of redoing my software build, it started as Windows 7 many moons ago and then upgraded to Windows 10 and added on. Fresh install of W10 and Baller. I added the tables from my previous build, ROMs, nvram, pup packs, and all my old pup packs work. I installed a few new ones, Terrifier being the first and now when I load the table, it loads, pup pack starts, and when the table finishes loading, the pup pack disappears. When I exit the table I can see it for about a second, still playing, but while the table is loaded, no joy. Any ideas?
