Howdy folks, I've run into an issues I cannot figure out. I've been running a successful setup for 3 or so years, both direct X and open GL modes.

However, the other day, i fired up the pinball and had the most lag and jerky ball ive ever seen (about 24fps) using the open GL. I'm on the latest release versions of everything. Direct X version runs perfect but open GL not.

The only things I can tell different is the video / graphics options is not showing the NVDIA Geforce in the display listing for open gl (just shows regular monitors) as it does in the direct x version. Am I crazy to think that maybe the open gl version is not picking up the video card?

In regards to the NVIDA settings, it set to use the GPU for open GL. I'm running an RTX 3080.

The only think i can thing of a change would be a windows update.

Just wondering, if you run an Nvidia geforce card in your open GL version, do you see it listed in your version? Also, in this whole process, I noticed my POV baseline had chanced for many tables.

I've added some screenshots. If this is my issue, anyone know how to fix?

10.8.0 vpx and all the update mame..etc.

It had been working fine until a Windows update from what I can tell. Ive got the latest Nvidia drivers as well.

Thanks for letting me know that you were seeing your monitor names as well. Several screenshots for optimizing vpx shows the graphics card which is why I thought my setup may be messed up.

Well, I fixed it. It was strange though.. I ended up turning off and on bloom and it fixed it. Maybe something got corrupted but that fixed it. Also noticed several tables POV had a vertical offset all of a sudden that I'm having to redo. Fun! LOL
