Help setting up PuP packs to work on desktop multi monitor.

I've been having issues trying to get PuP packs to behave with my set up. I'm currently playing on a desktop, 4 monitors, where only 2 are used when I play VPX and the rest I use for my normal PC needs. I know I can get VPX to behave if I simply rearrange my monitors but then its annoying for my normal use. So far I've been getting by after I set up B2SB to the intended regions. But I've started looking into games like Pizza Time and Big Trouble in Little china where I think I need to get PuP packs to play nice. I also tried using PuP Pack Editor, but every time I try setting the screen in its intended location, it will just jump back to my main screen.
