FRAQATTAQ Posted September 18, 2025 Posted September 18, 2025 Hi everyone, I use a Pincontrol1 in my cab and there is a notable lag when I push the flipper buttons. If I use they keyboard instead, I can feel an instant improvement. I found online a page to test the lag. If I hit and release the buttons very quickly there seems to be close to no lag compared to the keyboard. But if I press thd button in a "normal" kind of way there is an enormous lag. It even keeps counting up if I hold the button. So at the end of the day, it's just not very pleasant to play this way. Any hint what I could do or suggestion what could be a good alternative for the Pincontrol1? Thanks a lot!

PastorLUL Posted September 19, 2025 Posted September 19, 2025 (edited) Raspberry Pi pico using https://github.com/OpenStickCommunity/GP2040-CE It's cheap and you get the best performance on the market, ;less than 1ms response times. Your monitor needs to be good still for it to make a real difference. Edited September 19, 2025 by PastorLUL
