Trying to get more than one Sainsmart boards working in Cabinet.xml

I am having trouble getting two sainsmart boards (8 channel) working at the same time.  I also have a Teensy 4.0 board that works great.

 

Both of the boards work fine when using  each one individually with a relay tester but when trying to do a test in visual pinball I can only get one working.

 

I know this seems to be a common problem that people so tried used the information I gained from other forums to solve it but to no avail.

 

Would anyone be able to help me please. I have added  my config file.

Thank you outhere. Coindropper cabinet xml worked a treat ... so thanks Coindropper wherever you are

 

All seems to be (touch wood) working correctly. So thanks once again
