Problem running table on new Visual Pinball X v10.8 install

I recently had to rebuild my pinball cabinet due to a hard drive failure.  After installing the Pinup Popper Baller installer and testing existing tables that were copied back from my USB I get the error messages below.  I can't open the table files.  The Rom, table and backglass files are all available in the correct folders.  If it was the new version of Visual Pinball, then I thought I would get a message about wrong version.  I ran Visual Pinball as an admin with the same error results.  Any help would be appreciated.

Error 0x80030050 loading "c:\vpinball\visualpinball\table\tablename.vpx"

This file does not exist, or is corrupt and failed to load
