Sound delay tuning with USB card?

I previously used a 7.1 PCIe card that used ASIO. I was able to fine tune "delay" in milliseconds. To get the sound perfect in sync with playfield "hits"
Because of other issues I recently replaced that card with a USB 7.1
Now I miss that perfect sync. I also have DOF and real pinball parts installed.
I can't tell exactly, but some sound offset kills the vibe.

Anyone made any tuning like this? How?
If the USB sound delay can't be changed, maybe the playfield visual can?

And I'm also DJ and music producer = Very demanding
Even one (1) ms wrong sync disturbs my ears a lot

try Equalizer Apo, also very useful for all sorts of audio "tuning", like channel phantoming, equalizer settings, high- and low-pass filters etc.
