Pinball FX running dmdmext and doflinx --- how to run this with pinup popper

I have Pinball FX running with DOFLinx for B2S and SSF support.  Plus DMDExt for the DMD.

I would like to put baller on this same machine, but want it to co-exist with the current setup (DMDext is the one I am most worried about).. 
It is not a big deal if I have to switch between the two system to play. 

It seems to me adding PFX to pinup popper assumes that DOFlinx/DMDext are not setup in PFX and you can just run a table via cmdline from popper.

 

Can the DMDext in baller be used for both systems?  Are there any limitations on this?

 

Any help would be appreciated..  I am going to try to install baller in a week or so, as it looks like a self-contained (in one dir) install and if things do sideways I can nuke it and just remove the dir and go back to PFX only.
