taunnt Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Hello I use to have sound in pinmame, now I don't. Is there a cut sound key I hit? My sound works in everything else, but pinmame. The vulume is up in the rom, but still I'm soundless. No flipper butters sound too.
cscroble Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Check for a loose connection. Check sound output - it might be sending the sound to your tv speakers and you don't have them on... Etc... Something silly like that. No key for 'sound off' that I know of. You'll find the problem, I have faith in you!

That stuff isn't controlled by ROMs Nope no sound at all, but I figured out it's something in VP not VPM. I installed VP and it worked again, but then it died. When I rename the VP exe it will wok again. I've renamed it 5 times now. It's an odd issue. I'm on Win7 x64. I don't know if it's something with VP9.90 or what's causing it. I'm glad I found a quick fix.
