Playfield lights not updating correctly

Hello all,

 

I noticed, particularly in Bride Of Pinbot, some of the playfield lights do not update correctly. For example, all 4 of the "Extra Ball" lights can be on constantly, or one of them gets "Stuck" on. If you then enable the extra ball, you may notice when you use the flipper to change the lane for it, some do not light up, so do.

 

This is intermittent, but happens more often then not.

Is this a setup issue on my end, or have other people also seen this ?
