Problems with Back to the Future PUP.

I have   Back To The Future (Data East 1990)_Bigus(MOD) 2.3 vpx  table  with Back to the Future (2 Screen) B2S Animated Backglass by JWKramer61 and I am running the PUP pack with it from Nitronimbus. The PUP pack works perfectly until I get to the second or third ball and the DMD where the PUP is displayed goes blank and just shows my desktop. I tried running the PUP with the original table that it was made for and this same thing occurs. I have a new cabinet that I built and it has new install of VPX and Popper etc, I followed the Way of the Wrench tutorial. I am not sure where I have gone wrong with this but any help would be appreciated.
