Noob with question on pup screen options

Hey there guys. I hope everybody's doing well. I've run into a little bit of a problem with all my pup packs on VPX. Every time I choose to run a BAT file as an administrator to choose my screen set up it just doesn't seem to work in any of the tables.  I tried creating shortcuts and running those as admin but they don't work either.  let me know other options I might have.  Thanks in advance!
