DeWe Posted July 27, 2025 Posted July 27, 2025 After several updates I try to clean up a little bit the system. So I've recognized, that if Pinuppopper is running,,DOF 32 bit is effected (its normal, because PinUpPopper is a 32 bit application. Uncomfortable it looks like, that the DOF Interface from Pinuppopper generates a lot of exeption in DOF (latest Version from 07.2025) Does I miss something? Must I disable something or generate an own DOF (Pinuppopper table) wi0hich included the used output? _DOF_B2S.log
supermegapaul Posted April 1 Posted April 1 I have similar errors from DOF when launched with a normal vpx table. The issue as I understand it is that I have a 150x1 LED strip and some of the effect are trying to show 2D objects which don't fit along a single LED strip. Those errors can be ignored in my experience. But to get rid of them you have chose different effects in the DirectOuputConfig tool. I just live with those errors in my setup. BUT! Further down I see: EXCEPTION: Could not put the controller on com-port 'COM3' into the commandmode. Will not send data to the controller. Which means that your TeensyController isn't happy. DOF isn't able to communicate with it. I assume that means that the pinup frontend isn't able to control your LEDs? You could try flashing the ESP32, unplugging, etc. Good luck!
