Just Joined. Issue with right Flipper.

Installed VPX10.8 (latest). Tried the tests as well as various tables. Everything works except the right flipper. Dof config table shows that it is set for right shift key.

Using compatible win 11 desktop with single screen.

Any thoughts. Thanx in advance.

Please try remapping right flipper to another key and since the left / right shift distinction seems to cause issues in some configs.

could you explain more detailed? never heard of that issue or experienced it myself... and i've built PLENTY of VPins.

really curious if it's caused by recent vpx versions?

@Rappelbox this has been reported multiple times since more than 15 years and seems to occur on certain Windows / chipset / keyboard combinations, hard to pin down a general solution but the easiest bet would first be remapping the right flipper to another key (and a few more possibilities are presented in the linked topic)

interesting! as said before, i never stumbled across this issue, albeit being in the hobby since 2015 and having built numerous machines...
but hey, this is virtual pinball... new day, new issue 😂
