Running VPinballX107_32bit.exe, how can I set the display screen permanently?

I update to the latest for my other tables, but I’m running baby pac man which only works on an older 32 bit version it seems.  
 

With my other tables I set the VPinballX.ini settings to display = 1 under video options which did the trick, but I can’t figure out how to do the same for 10.7, can anyone help?
