I tried downloading multiple linux releases and then built VPinball from source myself but every time I try to run it (by entering ./VPinballX_BGFX in the terminal) it spits out a bunch of lines like:
*timestamp* INFO [*number*] [*something*@*number*] *some message*

The last of these info lines says:

*timestamp* INFO  [*number*] [WinMain@1382] Closing VPX...

 

Many of the info lines say that a plugin file has been created or loaded and then the next line says that it is not used because it is disabled.

I thought this might be happening because it needs a file to start but it still doesn't start when given a .vpx file.
