Issue with Volume only on games that have 10.8 using VPinballer64.exe

One day I booted up my cabinet and found that all games that are running on 10.7 software are good and sound normal . I have adjusted all the tables in game for the most part and it was running fine . I noticed that on all games that run 10.8 are quite and no where near as loud as the others . I never messed with any of the volumes in pinpopper and when I load games outside of pinpopper they play loud . I pressed F12 and music and sound effect are both at 100% . I had 300 games loaded and wiped it and reinstalled pinpopper and its still doing it . I found that Vpinballx64.exe ALt launcher is doing this . If I switch it to Vpinball_GL64bit.exe the sound is back to normal . Im lost and sure somehow I messed something up . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
