Can't navigate items in Tweak (F12) Menu (10.8)

recently downloaded VPX 10.8, the tables play fine but when I use F12 to enter the Tweak menu, I can't navigate the menu items. I can move between pages of the menu, but I can move up or down to change settings.

I did overwrite an older 10.7 version, but using vpx 10.8 32 or 64 bit has the same issue. My next step is to do a clean install, but I thought i'd reach out first.

@Nathanial1972 if you updated to a new VPX version make sure that your key bindings for the Magna save buttons still match up since those are used for navigating.
