Need to change screen # to avoid video rotation

I have a few older pups that use screens 5 and 7 for videos, as a result they are rotated because of my menu setup. 
 

nailbuster says to stay away from those screen numbers for this exact reason. You can see below that the pack itself is fine, but the fullDMD in these examples is rotated. Only one or two packs do this, I have 70+ others without any issues. 
 

I have tried allocating those videos to unused screens like 16 or 17 but they don’t appear at all when I do that. These are the virtual screens not the layout areas. 
 

how can I avoid screens 5-10 and have the videos still show up?
