Is it possible to change the led scoring to look like the older reel style?

I'm building a 'Classics vpin machine' and have a bunch of em machines loaded.
I have noticed there are some 'SS machines' that play and look like the older EM machines but use LED scoring.
id like to create / modify the b2s to have reals rather than Leds.    

How would i go about making the change.?
