I've never even seen this in real life. Is this a rotatable vp 8 table so it could be used?

You should be able to rotate the VP9 table...

 

I deleted the side rails, moved the reels off the backdrop and set:

Inclination: 10

FOV: 50

Layback: 80

XY Rotation: 270

X Scale: 1.47

Y Scale: 1.85

Z Scale: 1

X Offset -460

Y Offset: 145

Z Offset: 0
