Only the illuminated buttons don't work

Hi everyone! I'm having a problem with my launch ball, fire, start, and coin light buttons not lighting up. All my other toys work except for these four buttons. In Pinscape Config Tool, I can get them to light up, so I've ruled out a wiring issue. The port numbers for my buttons in Pinscape match the port numbers I entered in the online config generator. I'm using DOF 3.0, the latest version of B2S, and VPX 10.8. I don't see what could be causing the problem. Can anyone help? Thanks!
