Problem with Terminator 2 on Android

Hello everyone
since I'm new I don't know if I'm posting this topic in the right section so please excuse me

I'm playing Terminator 2  the board on my computer and everything is fine.
these days I noticed that there is the same app for Android. I was happy and decided to try it..But I've been struggling with a problem for two days now and I can't fix it.
it's about the small screen with pixel graphics.I just can't get it to turn on. I also load the ROM archive of Terminator 2 in the PINMAME\rom folder but without success, and on my computer I did it the same way and it works

I'm attaching a picture of the phone screen
