How do I know if these LED strips are addressable?

Grabbed these from Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DL4H6S2H?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 ) what looked just like a DMD. 

Being the tinker'er that I am I had to grab to see what I could do with these.

I am using one on the front of the cabinet (VR Pinsim) and one in my PC.

This things are very good quality, I am actually surprised how good these feel and function .

 

In person they are very vivid and bright and in a dim room, the eye effects look really cool.

The app you install on your mobile device is good, I got some pointers for them for the next update.

Also you can download the app on the playstore, I clicked the QR code they sent but took me to a site that never worked.

Anyway, I got some really cool .GIF's and images on these things and most look really good, sharp and clean. I want to know can these be wired up to be used as addressable LED on the PC or as a DMD for VPX.

I was online looking at images of non addressable vs addressable and I can't tell a difference.

 

If they can be used as a DMD then that would be awesome and on with the next project and if not then I'm plenty happy with using these  the way they are. They are so cool lol, man I love nerd'N out!

If anyone that knows anything about this can you please take a look and  let me know what you got?

What other Ideas for these?

looks like the ics on the right side could be shift registers, so i'd assume these are dumb non-addressable leds.

hard to tell without close-ups of the numbering on them.
