Problems with the "Goonies"-Table

Hello there,

after playing some of the tables with usually file design (unzipped table in table-folder, still-zipped ROM in ROMS-folder) I now have additional files after downloading the Goonies-table. I finally cannot start the table respectively I have no score screen or dot-matrix (I play in desktop mode).

Can you tell me how to handle the additional files that comes with when downloading this one?

Which Version do you mean? If you mean the VPW Version:

The Folder TheGooniesDMD goes to your tables folder
The vpx file goes to your tables folder
The b2s goes to your tables folder (rename it to the exact table name The Goonies Never Say Die Pinball (VPW 2021) v1.4.3.directb2s)
The animated png can be used with your frontend.

First of all sorry, I forgot to mention: yes, I mean the VPW-Version. Many thanks for your quick answer. I finally did it the way you told me and - comparing to previous setup - the music is also working now 👍.

But I still have no score screen/matrix. Is there any shortcut maybe? I already tried the F5-button, but this does not work.

 

Do you have a further advice for me?

I just catched the FlexDMD.zip.

But I confess I am a little bit lost with my school englisch 🤣, is this the only file I need and where to install?

German? @Calafati Figur auf dem Wurstelprater in Wien
Kopiere alle Dateien aus dem Zip in dein VPinMame Verzeichnis. (Ausser dem test-tisch, den braucht es da nicht)
Öffne flexdmdui.exe und registriere die dlls. Das sollte dann so aussehen:
Damit kannst du überprüfen ob alles richtig installiert ist. Du siehst welche Dmdext Version und welche Flex Version installiert ist.
Ebenso siehst du ob du die 32bit oder/und die 64bit Variante von dmdext laufen hast.

Lieben Dank für die gute Hilfe. Das sieht alles schon sehr richtig aus. Vielleicht kann man da ja sogar noch die Größe ändern, manches ist auf dem Desktop ziemlich klein...

Da ich jetzt leider "aufs Ohr" muss, kann ich mich erst morgen drum kümmern!

Melde mich aber auf jeden Fall zurück, notfalls mit noch einer Frage 😁

Ich vermute du musst ebenso dmdext installieren.

Die Dateien landen auch im Vpinmame verzeichnis. Da gibts eine 32bit und eine 64bit Version, je nachdem was du benutzt. Ich brauche eigentlich die 32bit Version nicht mehr, hab sie aber trotzdem installiert.
Kopieren ins Vpinmame Verzeichnis...

So, ich habe alles installiert. Jetzt bekomme ich allerdings beim Goonie-Table (und augenscheinlich NUR da) eine Fehlermeldung:

Ich meine, dies auch schon früher mal bei Tables beobachtet zu haben, kann mir allerdings keinen Reim drauf machen?!

If you open flexdmdui.exe everything is ok and registered? See my picture above?

PS: ein sicher nicht unwichtiger Hinweis: KISS - ein Tisch, bei dem das DMD bislang auch nicht funktionierte, läuft jetzt tadellos 👍

have problem with The Goonies Never Say Die Pinball (VPW), How to make the score table small? i have big covers the screen, how setting small?
