Unable to get PinOne working with DOF

I have a Pinone board in my cabinet, but am not 100% sure how to get DOF working.  I watched videos, read the guide at cleveland's site (https://pinball-docs.clevelandsoftwaredesign.com/docs/DOF/) and still confused as all hell.  Can someone look at the files below and tell me what I am doing wrong?

 

I created a cabinet.xml, but was not using it as I am not sure it is correct either.

I am using a CSD Pinone board with the 10x solenoid kit and led strips and matrix. I used exactly what Phil said on his website and it worked.

I will try and attach my files here so you can compare. Only difference may be the LED directions.

I first set up a DOF account here through Vpuniverse. Next you follow exactly his setup to generate a config file, next I downloaded the config file and place into folder c:/DirectOutput/Config  

You will have two files directoutputconfig11.ini  (solenoids, toys)  and directoutputconfig30.ini (led matrix, led)
