how to midify playfield

I play 3D Anaglyph and sometimes the colors are not good...
so I just want to have access to the images 
I can't find 'export/import'... The image of the playfiel is in "Image Manager"there is the playfield 2000x4000 rgb.... but I can't get him out of the game , can you help me or put me a link, thank you very much.
