LG DualUp Monitors for a cab backbox

Has anyone used one of the (almost) square LG monitors for a single backbox setup instead of two separate monitors?  It looks like this was the specific design goal or their team.

 

If so, I am interested in how people approached relocation of the backbox speakers.  The reviews I have seen mention good sound but not at the level that you would want to use the monitor instead of dedicated speakers.  There are a bunch of clever people here and I am hoping some have some creative solutions.
