Medieval Madness discussion

This topic is by no means in sounding ungrateful, as I do appreciate all the efforts and hard work by everyone in our community that share with all of us and expect nothing in return, but I wanted to ask as to why there hasn't been a complete overhaul of Medieval Madness? There are some really great versions, however it's such a classic table that deserves a remake and was wondering what the reasons may be.

The authors recreate whatever they feel like working on... MM and Monster Bash are probably the most recreated games done over the years.  There are dozens of different authors versions of it floating around.
