question about pin2dmd input

I have a pin2dmd nucleo shield that does not work correctly for a real machine (virtual ok). The screen is stuck at the "pin2dmd" logo. 
I carried out all the tests, such as restarting the configuration, changing the flat cable and testing on two other machines.

I did the input test and it seems ok. (without flat cable - all pin open / I tested individually 1,3,5,7,11,13 - everything ok), but when I put a flat cable I noticed that when I enter "input test" in the configuration menu the display appears with problems appearing on pins 11 and 7. 
Has anyone gone through this? Could it be the IC LS123 or some other component, or something directly related to the PCB?

The input test is NOT for connection to a real pin it is only for testing the individual pins as described here https://pin2dmd.com/#3

If all pins test o.k. that way the only thing left is pin9 which goes through the LS123 circuit.
