Spacegoogie Posted January 29, 2025 Author Posted January 29, 2025 (edited) Made some small changes, Also added a stream deck (had know idea what I was missing out on), and a pro head strap with two 7500mAh batteries. In the next few months I should have a neck like an ox! This thing has some weight to it lmao. Still got to change the VPX table logos to wheel images. Other then that I'm loving VR. Having all the SSF adds even more. I will NEVER go back to 2D pinball! For me , living in an apartment with this kind of setup makes way more sense.🍻 The monitor in the back is for the VR table view so others can see. Any Ideas or suggestions please let me know. Spacegoogie Posted May 26, 2025 Author Posted May 26, 2025 So these are the current exciters I have been using: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CWEJJ9K?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1 I think I might try these : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ADR2BWA/?coliid=I3B8BQ1BWTGC4Q&colid=5XOP5UA7VEW5&psc=1&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it thoughts? I'm also thinking I might just ditch the extra power that is powering the two buttons and the launch button and replace with these https://www.amazon.com/Jiu-Man-Plating-Illuminated-Buttons/dp/B01N056ZK5/ref=sr_1_3?crid=131MHJJHRTYH8&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.ASVh-zvreWnXYe6g3zXJ5RlRqCBgfX6ZKbx8V9Xk6XZ3GBDRp5qXNYbqE8pk-stfeohE-7BH0Hz4zD2FQin8jtcJDebKrk5-HgztaLddzx-JWu2xod7LKjyZ5KSbUAVl4QpC9p79IwS1oyVnMx0TL_dM-ve-IfHgPxyL-zdeoyxVUxxT_Txzji3738t0CiIT4KKWAGpxYyW-W6lRS_Ea_BYlhVfc5qqzmB1Fwx_lupncMJD013w_Tp6r5EDERnqrBrBqpnvOXbDP-3jStFF5oiq5EWLkRauU5qyEtPSvqSk.6RJGckC-m0fPw-dNeGV8GN9ei3pMiJjpRv5TBf0zNr8&dib_tag=se&keywords=chrome+arcade+buttons&qid=1748285689&s=electronics&sprefix=chrome+arcade+button%2Celectronics%2C168&sr=1-3 🍻

(if using screws with the 58mm)

(if using screws with the 58mm) Really! So a good upgrade. Really nice to know. I am going to just screw then right into place onto the inside of the cab. I am looking for more bump. Thanks for the info. 🍻
Spacegoogie Posted June 17, 2025 Author Posted June 17, 2025 06-15-25 UPSATE: The back part where the speakers are is now flat up on the back of the cab, as before is was angled. Also ditched the speaker mounts as they made the speakers protrude too far for my liking. Also added more neon and metal signs. 🍻
Spacegoogie Posted June 17, 2025 Author Posted June 17, 2025 (edited) I also Like to build and mod things with other things. Such as this. A few weeks ago I bought these speaker stands: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DZGLMQMW?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_4&th=1 and a few months ago I bought this headset stand: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DKP4N5H6?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_15 To my absolute surprise the metal rings on the speaker stands have two sets of two screw holes for a specific pair of speakers to mount. It just so happens that the the two screw holes on the bottom of the VR headset stand lineup PERFECTLY with the holes for the speakers. Now when I'm working in and out on VR tables at the desk I won't have to carelessly leave my headset on a surface that it doesn't balance it so well. Not needed but it does work and looks really nice, all bamboo smoothed and polished with the black metal plate on the bottom, I guess I'm more impressed with the fact that the screw holes lined up perfectly the way they did. Again, I would love to see everyone else's ideas and setup as well. I have gotten all my ideas and inspirations from all the builds I have seen. Cheers🍻 Edited June 17, 2025 by Spacegoogie
