Chesco Posted January 21, 2025 Posted January 21, 2025 Good night. I don't know if this post is posted in the right place, since this is a DMD MK66 device converted to Pin2DMD, and not an original Pin2DMD Evo Display. The DMD MK66 has been successfully programmed with the Pin2DMD v4.53 Firmware, being able to turn on and activate correctly, displaying the image successfully. The problem comes when I insert the color files (pin2dmd.fsq - pin2dmd.pal) on the correctly formatted MicroSD card; The Display turns on, shows the Pin2DMD ColorPrism V4.53 logo, but immediately, the image disappears, leaving the screen completely black. The files I have used are those from the companion MartDes, specifically "Star Wars from DATA EAST (1992)". Any idea why this happens? Thank you so much.
Content Provider lucky1 Posted January 23, 2025 Content Provider Posted January 23, 2025 Just checked with the LAH colorization without a problem on a MK66. Must be a problem with the export files. Older colorizations could work if you set PAL STORAGE to RAM in the onscreen menu but unfortunatelly the OSD is not accessable on the MK66 due to missing buttons. You can try to copy the pin2dmd.dat file from the attachment to the SD card to change the config on the device instead. config_files.zip
aarguez Posted February 24, 2025 Posted February 24, 2025 Hola. Compré un pin2dmd mk66 a pinballsp y no me vale para poder disfrutar de las imágenes de mi pinball a color. Sabes si existe algún opción para que funcione como un pin2dmd? Gracias
