DOF 3.0 Install Question

Once I got DOF finally working, I am sort of afraid of touching it so I was wondering if someone could answer some things for me.

 

If I already have DOF installed, do I need to redownload the DOF 3.0 package and install? 

 

Or is all I need to do is start pulling the new configs from the updated website?
