Plunger Video Effect

Hello Everyone!

 

   Been looking into an apron screen (or multiple apron screens) and found this video of someone who incorporated a video apron screen and then adjusted his table POVs to streamline.  As part of doing that you lose the part of the screen where it shows how far the plunger has pulled back, and he incorporated what he said was "The plunger is a video call out you also need to do in pin up player."  I couldn't find anything about this particular effect, so if anyone knows how to do this I would appreciate also learning.  It can be best seen on the right side at 4:06 in the video.  Thank You!
