Pin2Dmd glitch issue

after about 30 sec to a min it will go full brightness for a second, scramble to colors in different areas then show just a few bright lines on the panel. Initially it appears as it should.

Would this be a bad capacitor, or maybe a problem in wiring, when an event is triggered to happen ? possibly?

Any ideas would be appreciated

Could you make a picture of the backside of your pin2dmd ? Which shield do you use to connect to the panels ? What is your supply voltage ? Should be 4.8V

I will send a Pic when I get home I'm not by my machine now. Thanks for your reply. I was using it direct 5v from my psuwhich was 5.15v but added a buck adapter in line set to 4.8V however getthe exact same result.
