Is it possible to have Popper launch a Steam game, rotate the display then return the display to normal when exiting Steam game?

I would like to have Popper launch Zeke's Peak on Steam on the main monitor of a vpin.  Unfortunately, it only launches in portrait mode.  Cabinet mode in the game option is useless for this because it, too, launches in portrait mode (on a vpin playfield).   So I'm trying to determine how (if possible) one can launch it on the main (vpin playfield) and have it auto-rotated so that cabinet mode would then work properly.  It would also need to rotate back upon quitting/return? 

Secondary question: is it possible to specify which monitor Steam/MAME/PC game should use when using Popper as the frontend?
