Marchafb Posted December 9, 2024 Posted December 9, 2024 (edited) I am having an odd issue when running PinupMenuSetup in network mode. I am running Pinup Popper v1.5.0 from Windows 10 Pro. PinupMenuSetup shows "Running Network Mode" and I am able to start and use Games Manager with no issues. I am also able to start and run PlayList Config with no issues. When I click Media Manager button the application hangs with no errors and I have to kill it with Task Manager. This was working about 6 months ago and nothing with Popper has changed as far as the config. I have double checked the setup\config and obviously I can access 2 of the 3 manager buttons. So I know the paths and setup are correct. I have turned off all A\V and firewall programs, but it still will not start Media Manager. Yes I can still access Media Manager directly on the cabinet and even tried pasting the shortcut on another machine with the same results. Windows Event viewer shows the following: The program PinUpMenuSetup.exe version 0.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel. Process ID: 2980 Start Time: 01db4a464ef3b835 Termination Time: 4294967295 Application Path: \\xxxxx\PinupSystem\PinUpMenuSetup.exe Anyone seen this before or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
