FlexDMD issue

Firstly, thanks to everyone in this community for some fantastic resources. Got into this recently, building a cabinet after watching 'the way of the wrench'

 

All seems to have gone well and I've fumbled my way through most setup issues but I am now getting the following error on tables which worked fine 2 days ago :

ActiveX component can't create object: 'FlexDMD.FlexDMD'

 

I have tried reinstalling FlexDMD files by copying latest github version into my VpinMAME folder but cannot shake the errors when loading tables. Any help appreciated!

run flexdmdui.exe in your vpinmame folder and if you see red check marks then you need to click register. Thats what enables the activex component.
