Options Menu Issue.

Help please.   Anyone have an issue with bringing up the options menu when you have a table loaded?  When I open a table and press F1 to bring up the options menu it disappears and minimizes  down on the taskbar.  Once I click on it again from the taskbar I can see it over the table but as soon as i click on it, it just repeats.  Is there another way to access this menu?  Or is there a fix for this?  Thanks.
