ROG Ally DMDEXT. Need help

I have a unique problem that I am hoping someone can at least point me in the right direction. I have installed baller and configured for desktop. Everything is functioning correctly except for the DMD's generated by DMDEXT. Flex DMD content works fine see "Flex Working". Rom DMD's and Ultra DMD's are loading in a full screen aspect ratio see "Initial pics". I have access to the context menus and can save the position globally and individually for each game in the ini file. When I select, then un-select ignore aspect ratio the DMD resizes see "ignore aspect". Unfortunately I am not able to grab and reposition to fix the issue. Now when I dock to a 1080 tv; I get the same results while showing on a single display (1 or 2) and for mirroring see "duplicate and individual". But when I extend the desktop everything works as it does on my desktop build and is great "extended desktop". Unfortunately undocking sets it back to how it was displayed prior to docking. This is my ini file with the global values from the extended desktop saved. Any ideas?
